GRBC is a Bristol, Connecticut-based not-for-profit dedicated to creating opportunities for families of modest income and enabling them to realize their dreams of home ownership.  

We stand at the intersection of hopes, homes, happiness and economic empowerment to develop and build affordable homes with financial support from corporations, foundations, banks and others who see the transformative benefits of affordable housing and home ownership.

We partner with like-minded organizations to acquire land, creatively develop building lots, identify and educate home buyers, raise capital and build homes in Bristol and its surrounding communities.
