The Gridley Street project consists of 2 vacant lots in an older neighborhood of 1 and 2 family homes.  One was donated by the owner who received a tax deduction, the second was acquired from the City.  The new houses will remove ugly scars from the neighborhood and encourage improvement in the neighboring homes.  Construction to begin Spring 2023.
